COCKROACHES & COMMON ANTS

Chemical treatment involves the use of a safe environment friendly and effective pesticide applied to the right places against the target pest. Residual effect of the chemical would need to be reinforced regularly to give continuous protection against the ants/cockroaches
Residual Spray
Spraying will be Conducted to all sensitive and high risk area such as toilet holes, kitchen cabinets, wall skirting area, floor junctions and perimeter/apron area by using hand spray pump pressure.
The advanced formulation of our chemicals in the form of microparticles causes sticking of the product to the antennae and legs of insects after the first contact with the product and provides uniform coverage of the treated surfaces and good adhesion, even of very porous surfaces. "Knock-down" effect is achieved after 30 minutes, whereas the insect dies in no more than 24 hours.

Gelling
In addition to residual treatment, Cockroaches & Ants Gelling will be used.
This Gel baiting is a popular method for cockroach and ants control. Unlike residual treatment, baiting is the application of insecticides in gel form in limited amounts to areas where cockroaches will forage for food. Due to its limited application, it is relatively safer than residual treatment. It is also odorless and ready to use. Cockroaches will feed on the bait, receive a lethal dose and eventually die.

RODENT
There are many methods of control for rats. Basically, these are divided into three main categories namely baiting, dusting or placing gel and trapping.

Baiting ( open Bait )
Rats Bait will be place at strategic areas inside your premise.
The bait is the latest anticoagulant rodenticide (slow acting poison). It is coloured pink and is impregnated to the fumigated wheat grains and contained in our rectangular cardboard boxes to prevent spillage.
Once the rats feed on the baits, it causes internal hemorrhage and also makes the rats to become blind, which in turn causes them to search for light and water. Usually, they will die in the open places especially in drains.
Subsequently, the baits will be checked at monthly intervals and additional bait stations will be placed if it is found necessary.

Dusting or Placing Gel
We will place gel or dust on the rat runways or holes if it is found necessary. Once the rats run across these areas, the gel or dust will get entangled to their legs and fur and through their natural grooming habits, it will eventually lead to their deaths.
(The chemical reactions is the same as above)

Trapping
Trapping will be put into use should the need arise. Rat-glue trap will be set up along the rat runways and at a strategic positions.
